- Camden, Maine...drive along Hwy 1 on the coastline to see all the small towns, eat lots of chowda!
- Niagra Falls, NY...walk across the bridge to the Canadian side for the best views!
- Ocracoke Island, NC...go off season when it's just you and the locals...beautiful beaches!
- New York, NY...take the (free) ferry to Staten Island for a great view of the Statue of Liberty & share a giant sundae at Serendipity's
- New Bern, NC...historic downtown and birthplace of Pepsi
- Washington, DC...take the Metro to all the monuments and stop by the Holocaust Museum
- Boston, MA...check out the MIT museum & the Chipyard cookie place in Faneuil Hall
