Celebrating Five Years

Today is our fifth wedding anniversary. We celebrated by getting a sitter last night, and going to dinner at the Melting Pot. They have fabulous fondue, and we overindulged in all things yummy. It's a great place to go for a special occasion, but not a place for kids or a quick meal. We had some time to consider how much we have accomplished in 5 years...moved to NC, bought a house, both have good jobs, had a daughter, special trips taken, great memories made...it's been a good 5 years.

That pic of you looks just like me at thirty! Yikes!
You have experienced great heart break and great joy in your 5 yrs.
That's life in a nutshell, isn't it? You're a great couple. Keep up the good work, enjoy your days, and time being parents.
Love ya both.

ps...were you pinching K somewhere...under the table??
