Em is all about art these days. She loves watercoloring, and probably asks to paint about 5 times a day. She has a little art table, stocked with paper, markers, stamps, crayons, daubers, stencils, stickers, scissors and glue. She loves to create, and isn't afraid to get messy in the process. About a year ago, I found an art easel, but just hadn't found the right place to set it up. I pulled it out today, and got her all set up with tempra paints, spill-proof cups, and big roll of paper. She was in heaven!

She's a very serious artist at work, isn't she?
Where is this set up? I can't figure it out...don't recognize the braided rug...
Great pics. Love her corduroy artist smock!
Oh my gosh, Em is precious! I say let her paint every minute she wants to as she just may our next great artist!
I have been waiting for a grandchild forever and would want one just like Em! Our younger son is getting married the 20th so I just may have a chance!
Did she get a little paint on her right arm or is that a little tattoo she got?
Oooh, she is a doll... Lucky you!!!
she is so far ahead of me! I didn't become "artistic" until my late forties!
I follow your mom's blog...have a tri-color corgi. :-)
Hugs,
Cheryl
